What to Expect from Mastermind Group
Mastermind Groups (Small Groups) are at the core of our beliefs. Learn more about our meetings.
What is Mastermind Group?
Not your average small group. Mastermind Groups are dynamic, high-impact spaces of belonging and forward momentum for people who want more out of life. They’re small circles of three or more people who meet regularly to talk about life, reflect on the weekend message, and share what God is doing in their journey. There’s no one-size-fits-all format — just authentic connection, spiritual growth, and real-life support.
Can non-christians attend Mastermind Group meeting?
Absolutely — you are welcome here. Mastermind Groups are a great place to build relationships while exploring the life and teachings of Jesus. You can ask honest questions, express doubts, and take steps at your own pace. No pressure — just people walking together.
Do I need to bring anything to Mastermind Group meeting?
Usually just the basics: A Bible (any version — digital or print), A notebook and pen (for reflection or discussion), And your open heart. Your group host will let you know if there’s anything extra for a particular week (like snacks, shared items, etc.).
How long does a Mastermind Group meeting last?
Most meetings run about 90 minutes, including time to connect, discuss, and sometimes share a few snacks or meals together. Some conversations go longer, some shorter — we keep it flexible, but focused.
Does Mastermind Group meeting provide childcare?
It depends on the group! Some groups: Hire a babysitter together; Rotate parents to watch kids in another room; Include older kids in part of the gathering. We believe your children benefit from watching you invest in meaningful, life-giving community.
